Hey mates.

Some days ago my degree seminary ended. I approved it and now, I need to wait the delivery of some documents needed to start my degree and professional card processing.

I feel so happy about this success, one more step let it back.

Now, I will be free on saturdays. My girlfriend and I will continue with our english courses.

But now, it's time to set our minds on.. Vacations!!, yes!!. We will forget everything for a week to take care about our tanning, to swim on the sea, to scubadiving in coral reefs and many other surprises that we will write you later. So, don't forget to check our blog on a week.

We will write you soon.

Amigos...

Hace algunos días termine mi seminario. Lo aprobé y ahora, necesito esperar a que me entreguen algunos documentos importantes para iniciar mi trámite del Titulo y la cedula profesional.

Me siento muy feliz, un paso mas dejado atrás...

Ahora, estaré libre los sábados. Mi novia y yo continuaremos con nuestro curso de ingles.

Pero bueno, es tiempo de pensar en... Vacaciones! si! Nos olvidaremos de todo por una semana para preocuparnos por broncearnos, nadar en el mar, bucear en los arrecifes de coral y otras muchas sorpresas de las cuales les escribiremos después. Así que, no se olviden de revisar nuestro blogg en una semana..

Hi mates.

Like you know, I'm attending to a degree seminary to get my professional degree on computer systems. As the other modules of my degree seminary, I approved Managing a SQL Server Module.

You Know, I'm happy now, because step by step, we are reaching our goals.

My girlfriend, as like me, is working on his tesis, she has completed it at half.

The next and last module of my degree seminary will be Programming a SQL Server. The end of this story will happen on March 13, 2010, after that, I will have to wait 15 days to recieve my liberation documents and deliver them to the University.

Thanks for give us some time and to visit our blog.

Hola amigos.

Como saben, asisto a un seminario de titulación para obtener mi Título Profesional en Sistemas Computacionales.

Como en los módulos anteriores de mi seminario, aprobé el modulo de Administración de un Servidor SQL.

Saben, estoy muy feliz, ya que paso a paso vamos alcanzando nuestras metas.

Mi novia, así como yo, está trabajando en su tesis, de la cual lleva la mitad.

El modulo que sigue y el último será el de Programación de un Servidor SQL. El final de esta gran historia, jeje, llegara el 13 de Marzo, 2010, después de ese día, tendré que esperar 15 días para recibir mis documentos de liberación, los cuales tendré que entregar a la universidad.

Hey mates...

Just two more modules of my degree seminary and I'll get, at last, my Systems Engineer Degree. 

The ended module was Querying SQL Server and I approve it with 10 and well, after all, I use SQL on my Job daily, so, that's my daily meal, jejee.

These days, I thought about the possibility to rent a place or use my Infonavit credit to get a flat or a house. If you could write a feedback about it, I'll appreciate you so much.

Getting back to our post..

I was writing about my degree seminary, my last attended module and how i did it to approve it, jejee, sounds like a big effort tale.. Well, the next module will be about Managing a SQL Server and the last one about how to programing it.

These days in mexico city have been very cold with continous rain, this has caused that some parts of our city got flooded, affecting families of all economic sorts wich lost all his stuff, fortunately we are just talking about material goods.

But when it isn't raining or it isn't cold.. It is too bloody hot, the sun heat can fry you like a roasted chicken, but after all, it's crazy february, and all can hapen.

Que paso compañeros...

Ahora solo me faltan dos módulos más para completar mi seminario de titulación y así, por fin, tener mi Titulo de Ing. en Sistemas. 

El modulo que acabo de concluir fue el de Querying SQL Server, el cual aprobé con 10 y bueno, después de todo, el SQL lo utilizo a diario en mi trabajo, así que es mi pan de cada día, jeje!

Estos días, he estado pensando la posibilidad de rentar o utilizar mi crédito del Infonavit para conseguir un departamento o una casa, si pudieran comentarme al respecto, o darme su opinión, se los agradecería muchísimo.

Regresando al tema del post.

Les estaba escribiendo acerca de mi seminario de titulación, de mi último modulo terminado y como le hice para conseguir aprobarlo, jjejee, parece una historia épica, jeje... Bueno, el siguiente modulo a cursar, se tratara de la Administración de un Servidor SQL y el último acerca de como programarlo.

Estos días en la Ciudad de México, han estado muy helados y con lluvia continua, lo que ha provocado que algunas partes de la ciudad se inunden afectando a familias de todas las clases sociales las cuales han perdido todo, afortunadamente solo hablamos de cosas materiales.

Pero cuando no llueve o hace frio, está demasiado caliente, el calor del sol puede freírte como un pollo rostizado, pero  después de todo, es Febrero Loco y todo puede pasar.

A year ends, new one starts / Un año termina, otro comienza

Those days has been a little lazy for me. At my job, we don´t have much to do, the start of the year has a slow motion. I hope it don't continue as now, it will be too boring for me.

Well, the last year wasn´t the best, although wasn´t the worst, by the way, in this post, we describe some compilations of our experiences along last year, 2009.

● Many of my partners were fired, another ones find a better job, and some old ones returned to the company.

● We begin operations officialy in our new branch in Perú (The whole system was builded by myself, so many stress, jejee).

● My girlfriend started his Tesis to get his degree too.

● We made some important updates to our automated operation system (AOS) about the way in wich processes execute, increasing process execution speed at twice.

● I finally made my way to get, at last, my degree, attending a degree seminary fridays and saturdays for about 6 months, this seminary was started in september, 2009.

● My dear girlfriend found his first job in the middle of an important economic resesion.

Comming up this 2010, jejee...

● At my work, we will start with another new branch, but this time in Colombia. Like the last one, I'll be the system manager, adapting our actual interfaces to work within financial methods in Colombia.

● This 2010 we will get, finally, our Degrees, when my girlfriend completes his professional exam and I my degree seminary.

● Probably this year, we could begin with the migration process by our own or with assist of an inmigration agency, we don't know yet.

● About the english, when my girlfriend completes his professional exam, she will attend a english course and I, 

well, I continue learning english by myself and when my degree seminary concludes, I'll begin with a course too.

As you can see, there isn't much to do, but we don't have enough time to do it much faster.

We probably miss some tasks, but we've mentioned the most importants.

We have much to do along this year, but the first step was done.

Hola compañeros...

Este inicio de año ha estado un poco flojo en el trabajo, casi no hemos tenido mucho que hacer, solo espero que no continúe así ya que sería muy aburrido.

El año pasado no fue uno de los mejores, pero tampoco de los peores, es por eso que en este post, describiremos algunas experiencias a lo largo del año pasado.

● Algunos de mis compañeros de trabajo fueron despedidos, algunos otros encontraron un mejor trabajo y algunos antiguos compañeros regresaron a la empresa.

● En el trabajo, finalmente comenzamos operaciones en Perú, nuestra nueva sucursal (Yo mismo construí el sistema, créanme que fue muy demandante y estresante, jeje!).

● Mi novia inicio su tesis para obtener su Titulo.

● Realizamos algunas mejoras en nuestro sistema de operaciones, con respecto a la forma en la que se ejecutan los procesos, aumentando al doble la velocidad en la que se ejecutan.

● Finalmente encontré la forma para titularme, ahora, asisto a un seminario de titulación los días viernes y sábados, durante 6 meses. El seminario inicio en Septiembre del 2009.

● Mi novia encontró su primer trabajo en medio de una importante recesión económica.

Que hay para este 2010, jejee!!

● En mi trabajo comenzaremos con una nueva sucursal, solo que ahora esta será en Colombia, como en la anterior, yo seré en Encargado del proyecto, adaptando nuestros sistemas para las metodologías de valuación en Colombia.

● En este año, finalmente nos titularemos; mi novia cuando termine su examen profesional y yo cuando termine mi seminario.

● Probablemente este año, iniciemos el proceso de migración a Australia, ya sea por nuestra cuenta o con ayuda de alguna agencia migratoria.

● Con respecto al ingles, cuando mi novia termine su examen profesional ella asistirá a un curso y yo, bueno, yo sigo aprendiendo por mi cuenta en lo que termino mi seminario de titulación para después tomar un curso.

Como se podrán dar cuenta, no es mucho por hacer, pero no tenemos suficiente tiempo para hacerlo mas rápido.

Probablemente olvidamos algunas tareas, pero hemos mencionado las más importantes.

Tenemos mucho por hacer a lo largo de este año, pero el primer paso esta dado.

This post is a little old, but I want to share it with you.


Three or four weeks ago, I completed the CRM module of my degree seminary (the second one), of course, I approve it with the higest rates ever, lol, well, no the higest but just high, I get a 9, this let me move forward to the next module, Querying SQL.


Now, I need to attend 3 more modules, those are:
- Querying SQL Server
- Administrating SQL Server
- Programing SQL Server


Upon completion of all those modules, finally, I will have completed my seminar, it will happen on March 13, 2010 and at last I'll get my desired printed degree and finally I'll feel like a real engineer, lol.


After all that effort, I'll be out of business for a week of nice and desirable vacations, shit, I can feel the bloody heat of the beach right now, lol.


-Wait, come back-.
-This isn't the end yet!-


Ok, I'm just hallucinating, but just three more modules to go and I'll be finally free and one step nearest Australia.

Hola..


Este post es algo viejo, pero aún así lo deseo compartir con ustedes.


Hace 3 o cuatro semanas, complete el segundo modulo de mi seminario, CRM, el cual, aprobé con los mas altos honores y calificaciones, jejee, bueno, digamos que no los mas altos honores, pero si buenas calificaciones, obtuve un 9, esto me permitirá continuar con los demás modulos, en especial el de Querying SQL, que es el tercero.


Ahora solo necesito asistir a 3 modulos mas, los cuales son:
- Querying SQL Server
- Administrating SQL Server
- Programing SQL Server


Una vez concluidos estos modulos, por fin, habré terminado mi seminario, esto sucederá el 13 de Marzo, 2010 y al fin obtendré mi anhelado titulo para sentirme con un ingeniero de verdad, jejee.


Después de todo este camino recorrido, me tomare unas muy bien merecidas vacaciones, ya casi puedo sentir el calor de la playa, jeje!

Bueno, solo alucino, pero bueno, solo 3 modulos mas y finalmente estaré libre y un paso mas cerca de nuestra meta, Australia.

Hi..

Some days ago, ERP Module of my degree seminary was completed, I passed the final exam and handed the workbook, now is time to move forward for the next module, CRM.

The first class of CRM started 3 weeks ago, and looks so boring, because the instructor is new and classes provided by him aren't as dynamic as those provided by the ERP teacher.

But there are good news, the criteria to evaluate performance on the class differs from the last teacher. In this module, the exam is 20% of 100%, the practices are 30%, proyect 30% too, the CRM final guide 10% and the quizzes are 10%, easy if you have succes in all the criteria, or at last of 70% of the total criteria.

At now, I have handed all jobs and practices from the class, I supose I'm ok, but not always is true.

Well mates, on the next post I'll talk about the progress of the new module (CRM) and my performance on it, I hope, like in ERP module, this can be easily accredited to continue my way.

Hola a todos

Hace algunos días, termine el modulo de ERP que estaba cursando, pase el examen final y entregue todo lo necesario para pasarlo, ahora, el modulo que sigue es el de CRM, el cual inicie hace unas cuantas semanas.

Las primeras clases de CRM fueron muy aburridas, ya que el profesor además de ser nuevo, no daba las clases tan dinámicas como las del profesor de modulo anterior.

Pero bueno, a todo esto hay bunas nuevas, se le asigno mas porcentaje para los trabajos prácticos que para el examen, por lo cual, ahora, el 20% del 100% solo es para el examen, el proyecto final y las practicas con el 30% cada uno, los quizzes y la guía del examen con un 10% cada uno, por lo que si completas todo el porcentaje, o por lo menos un 70%, pasas al siguiente modulo.

Hasta ahora he entregado todos los trabajos y practicas realizados en clase, supongo que todo va bien, pero uno nunca sabe...
 Bueno, en el siguiente post, les comentare mas acerca del modulo de CRM, el cual de seguro estará por concluir, solo espero que al igual que en ERP, lo pueda pasar para continuar con los demás.

Estos últimos días....

Hi mates..

Ha pasado algún tiempo desde la última vez que escribimos, y bueno nuestras razones tenemos.

Para mi una de ellas ha sido el trabajo, al igual que para mi novia.

La otra el ingles, desde la semana pasada iniciaron los cursos de ingles en mi trabajo, 3 días a la semana a las 7:00 de la madrugada.

La otra es que ya comencé con el gimnasio otra vez, voy 3 días a la semana.

Estos dias han estado muy ajetreados. Trabajo por aquí y por haya, pero bueno, como sea hay que salir adelante.

Y por si fuera poco, la tesis, ha

que la Tesis... me ha dado de una de dolores de cabeza que casi esta apunto de silbar como cafetera, jeje. Y es que bueno, para variar de nuevo nadie nos

puede apoyar ha hacer nuestra tesis, que de plano los maestros no dan una, es un tema muy sencillo, es sobre sistemas distribuido, que de plano esta muy difícil???.

Pero bueno, mejor opte por realizar el seminario de titulación y créanme que le doy gracias a dios que en mi trabajo me van ayudar, pagando la mitad de este, ya que como se pueden imaginar su costo es de $ 3 pesos. Pero bueno, sólo falta que pasen el pago y que me inscriba en el curso; espero que mi novia tenga mejor suerte en su escuela que yo.

Aquí en mi trabajo las cosas han estado un poco pesadas por el proyecto que llevo, estamos abriendo una nueva filial del trabajo en Perú, ya casi terminamos, y después de Perú sigue Colombia, pero antes de está, mis merecidas vacaciones, créanme que tropicalizar un neg

ocio no es cosa sencilla, pero bueno, todo va viento en popa...

Y por si fuera poco me púese a estudiar para realizar mi examen de certificación de Microsoft, pero bueno, con tanto que hacer, creo que lo voy a tener que posponer un tiempo.

Ya ni tiempo he tenido para practicar uno de mis hobbies favoritos, la fotografía; no soy muy bueno, aún no he tomado algún curso, pero me gusta mucho y hace poco cambie mi D40x por una D90, me ha salido muy buena esta ultima, y mas porque tiene 11 puntos de enfoque, a comparación de la D40x que solo tenia 3, entre otras muchas características..

Ahorita nuestra meta se ha centrado en obtener nuestro titulo, para así proceder con la aplicación para la visa, todavía no sabemos si la realizaremos por nuestra cuenta o por medio de alguna agencia, aunque otro punto importante de la aplicacion es el examen IELTS, ya que este es un punto clave en todo esto, solo le pido a dios que nos siga dando las oportunidades y los ánimos que hasta ahora nos ha dado para continuar con nuestro camino, ya que gracias a el todavía seguimos adelante.

Hi mates.

So much time has passed from the last time we wrote on our blog, but we have our reasons.

One of them, the work, so many many work arround our heads..

Another one, the english courses; the last week, the english courses started at my work, 3 days a week, at 7:00 hrs.

The last one, the gym. I started again, but this time, I'll go 3 days a week.

These days had been too hard. All I see arround me is work, work and more work, but we are on the way.

Just one more thing. the Tesis, the fucking tesis. The only thing has gave me is a headache and feels like a exploding pot; cause, again, nobody want to help us. The tesis, is about distributed systems, is not a difficult topic, but, well.

Now I have decided enroll me in the degree seminary, I´m glad to god, because my boss will help me paying the half of the course, and his cost, just for 3 pesos, my boss will pay 1.5 pesos and I 1.5 pesos, gee, that´s great, of course I'm being sarcastic. And now I'll wait for the payment to enroll me on the course, I'll hope my girlfriend's luck be better than mine.

At the office, I've had so much work to do, we are expanding the company to another countries, like Costa Rica and Peru (I'm working on the last one), we are almost finish, and after we have finished, the next goal is Colombia, but in first place are my vacations; Believe me mates, to make an operating subsidiary is not like doing enchiladas.

Some days later, I started to study for my microsoft certification exam, but, with so many things to do, the only thing I can think now is work, work, work. I'll postpone my exam for a while, when I'll get a little time.

These days have been so hard in the work and I've almost had not time for one of my favorite hobbies, photography, I'm not so good enough, still I don't attend a course, but it doesn´t matter for me, I like that so much, and that's why I bought a D40x, but a few months ago I changed it for a D90, this one works fine and one of his profits are the 11 focus points better than the 3 focus points of the D40x and some many other stuff.

For now, our goal is get our degree and afrer that get the australian visa, we don´t know if we'll use a migration agency or we are going to do it by our own way, although another important issue to get the visa is IELTS Exam, this issue is the most important of all others ones, I pray to god every day for all the opportunities and the strength he has given us at now to continue with our objectives, because thanks to his help we can move forward.

We are gratefully to all of you for his comments and his mails to give us encouragement.
