Escribo este post (Se que un poco tarde pero lo tenia que escribir) ya que deseo que sepas lo feliz que me has hecho sentir y por compartir conmigo todos esos sueños y metas que tienes.
Escribo este post, para agradecerte por el tiempo que has estado a mi lado, siempre. Ya sea en las buenas o en las malas, tu siempre estas ahí.

Hi..
Some days ago, ERP Module of my degree seminary was completed, I passed the final exam and handed the workbook, now is time to move forward for the next module, CRM.
The first class of CRM started 3 weeks ago, and looks so boring, because the instructor is new and classes provided by him aren't as dynamic as those provided by the ERP teacher.
But there are good news, the criteria to evaluate performance on the class differs from the last teacher. In this module, the exam is 20% of 100%, the practices are 30%, proyect 30% too, the CRM final guide 10% and the quizzes are 10%, easy if you have succes in all the criteria, or at last of 70% of the total criteria.
At now, I have handed all jobs and practices from the class, I supose I'm ok, but not always is true.
Well mates, on the next post I'll talk about the progress of the new module (CRM) and my performance on it, I hope, like in ERP module, this can be easily accredited to continue my way.

Hace algunos días, termine el modulo de ERP que estaba cursando, pase el examen final y entregue todo lo necesario para pasarlo, ahora, el modulo que sigue es el de CRM, el cual inicie hace unas cuantas semanas.
Las primeras clases de CRM fueron muy aburridas, ya que el profesor además de ser nuevo, no daba las clases tan dinámicas como las del profesor de modulo anterior.
Pero bueno, a todo esto hay bunas nuevas, se le asigno mas porcentaje para los trabajos prácticos que para el examen, por lo cual, ahora, el 20% del 100% solo es para el examen, el proyecto final y las practicas con el 30% cada uno, los quizzes y la guía del examen con un 10% cada uno, por lo que si completas todo el porcentaje, o por lo menos un 70%, pasas al siguiente modulo.
Hasta ahora he entregado todos los trabajos y practicas realizados en clase, supongo que todo va bien, pero uno nunca sabe...
Bueno, en el siguiente post, les comentare mas acerca del modulo de CRM, el cual de seguro estará por concluir, solo espero que al igual que en ERP, lo pueda pasar para continuar con los demás.

Crash and Theft!! / ¡¡Choque y Robo!!
Hi mates.
Today, one of my colleagues told me that he was involved on a car accident a few days ago. But.... here in mexico, accidents are followed by burglars.
Here is the short tale..
My mate was went to a friday party with his friends.
The next day from the party, saturday morning, they returned to their houses carpooling with a mate. Later that day, when the car crossed the lane on "LA OBRERA" neigborhood, a cab with excess of speed crashed the car where my mate and his friends commuted, damaging the right front part of the car, my mate and his friends were shocked for the car crash.
The people near the accident went to.. Help?, no no mates, wrong answer, they just wanted to take off the stuff of my mate and his friends without his approval.
- Mate, are you OK?, the burglar said.
- Yes mate, thanks, my mate said.
- Great, you probably will not need your wallet and your bags. the burglar said.
- What???, my mate.
Yes mates, they were victims of a theft after the car accident.
I don't understand why people do that, always taking advantage of any kind of situation on his own benefit.
But... Well, and after all...
We are still fucking living here!!.

El día de hoy uno de mis compañeros me comento que tuvo un accidente la semana pasada. Lo único malo es que aquí en México algunos accidentes terminan en asaltos.
Les cuento..
Mi amigo fue el viernes a una fiesta con sus amigos.
Al día siguiente, ellos ya se iban a sus casas cuando uno ellos se ofreció a llevarlos en su automóvil, en lo que iban en camino, al cruzar una calle en la colonia obrera, un taxista que iba a exceso de velocidad, golpeo el auto donde viajaba mi compañero y sus amigos, el accidente los dejó sorprendidos.
La gente cerca del accidente, acudió a ayudar?, no, para nada, lo único que buscaban era robar las cosas de mi compañero y sus amigos..
- Estas bien?, dijo el ratero.
- Si, estoy bien, dijo mi amigo.
- Genial, entonces no necesitaras tu cartera y tus cosas.
- Como???, dijo mi amigo.
Así es esto, mi compañero y sus amigos fueron asaltados después de su accidente
No se porque la gente toma esas actitudes, pero bueno..

Inicia mi seminario de titulacion / My degree seminary was started
G'day.
El 23 de Octubre inició mi seminario de titulación para obtener por fin mi titulo de Lic. en Ing. en Sistemas Computacionales.
El seminario de titulación es de Administración de Base de datos con enfoque a negocios, los temas que veremos seran: ERP, CRM, MSSQL y Administración de MSQL Server.
El primer modulo es el de ERP, a mi no me llama mucho la atención este tipo de temas, pero tampoco me aburro en las clases mas por los horarios, ya que voy el día viernes de 19 a 22 hrs. y los Sábados de 9 a 15 hrs., lo que uno hace para conseguir un papel con su nombre y profesión, jeje.
Hasta ahora me ha ido bien en los cursos, cadas semana tenemos examen, los dias viernes. El viernes 13 de Noviembre es la ultima clase del modulo de ERP y hacemos el ultimo examen, ademas de entregar el trabajo final y el cuadernillo de trabajo resuelto.
La forma de evaluar es por medio de examenes, cada modulo consta por lo menos de un examen, en el cual al menos se tiene que obtener 7 de calificación para aprobar, el resultado de cada modulo se promedia de la misma forma, si apruebas el curso, te entregan una carta de liberación, la cual entregas en la universidad para que te tramiten el título, ademas, te entregan 2 vouchers, los cuales puedes utilizar para realizar 2 examanes de certificacion en alguno de los modulos que se toman en el curso.
El curso completo se termina a principios de Marzo, por esas fechas estare tramitando mi titulo para dedicarle mas tiempo al ingles.

On October 23, my degree seminary was started to get, at last, my Degree on Computer Systems.
The course is about Database Management on Business Application, I'll learn about ERP, CRM, Querying MSQL, MSQL Server Management.
The first class was about ERP, business themes aren't interesting for me, even so, classes weren't boring. I attend to the course friday and saturday, fridays from 19 to 22 hrs. and the saturdays from 9 to 15 hrs. all that effort to get a paper with your name and occupation.
My performance at class is good, so far. Every week (on fridays) we have an evaluation about the latest class module themes. The 13 of November will be our last class day about ERP, and of course, our last exam too, that day we'll need to deliver workbooks and our final work.
The evaluation involve exams, labs and practices by module, each module has an exam as minimum, to acredit the module you will need to get a minumum of 7 in your exam, that result is used to get the average of each module to set a final note. If you approve then you'll recieve an Acreditation Letter to release your degree process at university, also, you will recieve 2 certification tickets to use these on certification exams.
My degree seminary will end the early days of March, and so, I will initiate my degree process at university and get more time to improve my english knowledge.

Dias de Descanso / Relaxing Days
G'Day Mates..
El pasado 2 de Septiembre, 2009 fue un día muy, pero muy problemático en el trabajo, hubo muchos problemas con la filial de Perú, de la cual yo me encargo.
Para no hacerles el cuento largo, yo termine con los nervios hechos triza y muy pero muy estresado.
-¡Yo me largo de aquí!, dije.
-¡necesito unos días de descanso lejos de todo este desm...!-.
Así que decidí irme a Acapulco ese mismo día.
Me fui rápidamente a mi casa, le llame a mi novia, para invitarla a ir, en esta ocasión ella no pudo :0(, ya que tenía que continuar con la tesis, así que me fui yo sólo.
Reserve en un hotel llamado "La Palapa", el cual se encuentra en la zona dorada de Acapulco, empaque algunas cosas y me fui a la terminal de autobuses. Ya ahí, compre un boleto de autobús, con Estrella de Oro, para salir el viernes a las 23:30 hrs y regresarme el día lunes a las 01:30 am.
Llegue a Acapulco a las 5:00 am, tome un taxi el cual me llevo directo al hotel.
La recepción del hotel se veía bien, me acerque con la recepcionista para registrar mi entrada, me dieron la llave y me fui a mi habitación, yo quería dormir un poco así que me fui al cuarto a descansar.
Al día siguiente me levante a las 11:00 a.m. para ir a desayunar y me encuentro una cucaracha en el tocador.. ¡¡Guacala!!, bueno, no tenía ganas de andarme peleando con el gerente, así que solo tome al pequeño animalito indeseable y lo tire por el balcón.
Después, baje a desayunar al restaurante del hotel, en donde tenían buffet, la comida estuvo más o menos, lo que si es que los hotcakes estaban duros, ¡¡en que infierno me fui a meter!!.
Una vez desayunado, decidí ir a dar una vuelta por ahí, así que tome mi cámara y mi gorro de viaje y me fui a Caleta para tomar un Yate que me llevara al puerto de la roqueta, jaja. Aquí los Yates son unas lanchitas de motor donde suben casi 100 personas y puedes ver la basura que hay flotando en el mar por un vidrio en el fondo de esta.
Llegando casi a la roqueta, nos detuvimos para admirar una competencia de clavados donde los participantes se jugaban la vida por 20 pesos de propina, por ahí tengo unas fotos.
También pudimos apreciar a la virgen que está en el fondo del mar, yo lo único que pude ver fue una bolsa de chetos flotando debajo de la lancha, porque de la estatua de la virgen yo no vi nada.
Llegando a la Isla, decidí ir a ver el zoológico, del cual me habían mencionado al comprar mi boleto para el Yate, cuando pregunte por este en una tiendita local me informaron que este tenía mas de 5 años sin existir, demonios, tal vez si hubiera llegado 6 años antes lo hubiera encontrado abierto, pero bueno unos años mas unos años menos. Así que mejor opte por recorrer la isla.
El encargado de la tienda, me consiguió a un guía, así que emprendimos nuestra travesía.
Fuimos a unos miradores, en donde pudimos apreciar todo el esplendor del mar y de algunas partes de Acapulco, también encontramos algunas playas solas, en donde encontramos por ahí una parejita actuando de Adán y Eva, solo que estos en el mar, lástima que todavía no tenía mi cámara lista, si no les hubiese regalado alunas fotos, jeje!!!, espero que mi novia no lea esto, jejee!!!!.
Recorrimos toda la isla a pie, está no es muy grande, aproximadamente mide 2 kilómetros y hay pasillos pavimentados, miradores, lugares para acampar y además esta el faro, al cual pudimos pasar a ver sin problemas.
Mas o menos recorrimos toda la isla en 3 1/2 hrs. encontramos algunas playas que casi siempre están solas, por lo cual se puede aprovechar para andar como dios nos trajo al mundo..
Después del recorrido, regresamos al muelle para abordar el yate de regreso.
Ya en el muelle, me dirigí a la parada del autobús para regresar al hotel, en cuanto llegue, subí a mi habitación y me cambie para salir a nadar un rato en el mar. El agua del mar en Acapulco la mayoría de las veces es cálida, así que permanecí en ellas hasta casi llegada la noche, que fue cuando salí rumbo a mi habitación para ir a cenar a algún lugar.
Buscando sobre la avenida principal encontré un hooters, así que entre y ordene, la mesera que me atendió no estaba tan mal, pero tampoco estaba como me había imaginado que estarían las chicas de ese lugar, pero bueno, recibí un muy buen trato, aunque la comida no es muy buena, pero tampoco está mal, salí del lugar alrededor de las 23 hrs, y regrese a mi hotel para descansar, ya que mis pies iban a explotar.
Al día siguiente seguí la misma rutina, me levante tarde, y baje a desayunar y después de eso, decidí ir a la playa a descansar un rato y olvidarme de todo.
Me acosté en una silla de playa a descansar, después de un rato se acerco a mí una señora que daba masajes, y me dije, porque no, así que me dio un masaje, muy relajante por cierto.
¡Ya necesitaba un masaje!, me comento la señora.
- le truena todo, ahorita lo arreglamos - me comento.
Y bueno después del masaje soy un hombre nuevo, jeje!!, o si no por lo menos, me siento mejor.
Ese mismo día por la mañana, decidí ir a snorkelear con un señor que me había comentado por la mañana del servicio, así que lo contrate y fui. Pasaron por mí a la playa, en el bote había una pareja que venía de Houston, solo que ellos iban a bucear, así que en lo que llegábamos al lugar, yo prepare mi cámara para poder sacar fotografías, para esto tengo una bolsa especial para sumergirla, es alemana, marca ewa-marine, por si a alguien le interesa..
Esa tarde fuimos a la roqueta, en un lugar donde hay algunos peces, pero no hay nada de coral, solo peces, pero bueno, por ahí obtuve fotos de algunos peces, no son muy buenas, ya que nunca había sacado fotos en el mar y mucho menos bajo el agua.
Cuando regresamos, me la pase en la playa, trabajando en mi bronceado, o por lo menos quitarme el síndrome de ciudad.
¿No saben cuál es?
Es cuando te quitas la camisa y aun así la sigues usando, jejee.
Me quede todo el día en la playa y nadando en el mar, hasta tarde, ya que empezó a obscurecer, me regrese al hotel a nadar un rato en la alberca.
Ya más en la noche salí a cenar antes de que mi autobús saliera rumbo a la Ciudad de México.
Después de ese fin de semana, regrese renovado y con mucha energía, ya me hacía falta algo así.
Así que si se sienten agobiados y atrapados en la rutina, rómpanla y hagan algo que les agrade y los aleje de todo lo que hay a su alrededor..

On september 2 was a too problematic day at my work, there were many problems with the subsidiary in Perú, of which I'm the manager.
I don't want to tell a long story, but that day I finished with broken nerves and too stressed.
- I´ll leave this fucking garbage! - I said.
- I need a few days far away this fucking place!.
I decided to go to Acapulco that day.
I made the way to my house while called my girlfriend to invite her, this time she wouldn´t came with me :0(, because she has been working with his tesis, so I made my way alone.
When I arrived to my house, I called to BestDay Travel Agency to make a reservation to Acapulco, they suggested me "La Palapa" because the hotel is on "Zona Dorada" and had a 3rd night for free promotion. I packed some clothes and another things into my luggage then I called a cab to take me to Tasqueña Bus Station. When I got there, I bought a bus ticket at "Estrella de Oro" desk to leave the city at 23:00 hrs and returning on monday at 01:30 am.
I arrived to Acapulco on September 3 at 5:00 hrs., and I borded a cab to get into my hotel.
The main hall of the resort looked nice, I approached to the woman on charge to check in, she gave me the keys and called the bellboy to take me to my room, when I got in, the only thing on my mind was to have a nap.
The next day I got up at 11:00 hrs. to have breakfast and I find a cockroach on the boudoir of my room. ¡¡shit!!, I don't wanted to start a quarrel with the manager, then I took the unwanted animal and flush it down the balcony.
I got out of my room to have my breakfast at resort restaurant, they had buffet breakfast, the meal was not bad but not good either, but the hotcakes was like a rock.
- Is this place like the hell?- I thought.
When I finished my breakfast, I went to my room to get my camera and my favorite hat then went to Caleta to get a Yatch to La Roqueta island, lol, Here, a Yatch is a little boat with about 100 people on board and it has a glass on the bottom, where you can watch floating trash down the boat or maybe some fishes eating it.
Well, I boarded the yatch to La Roqueta Island, on the way, we stoped to watch a diving competition on the cliffs. The contesters have to dive on the ocean with the risk of crashing over the rocks, and all for 20 pesos, I took a few photos.
On the way to La Roqueta, we appreciated to "La Virgen de Guadalupe" statue under the sea, but the only thing I could watch on the glass at the bottom of the boat was a chetos bag floting, no Virgen de Guadalupe Statue was saw by my eyes.
When we arrived to the island, I took the way to visit the zoo, mentioned when I bought the yatch ticket. I don´t knew the zoo location, then I asked for it on a local store, the grocer informed me that the zoo had closed 5 years ago. Shit!, If I had got here 6 years ago maybe I would have found it opened.
Well, some years more, some years less, the zoo now was closed.
I asked the grocer again, but now, by someone who can guide me through the island, he spoke to a man and he agreed to be my guide.
We went to some balconies and we could appreciated a magnificent view of the ocean and some spots of Acapulco, also we found some virgin beaches where a couple was showing their naked bodies, was a pity that my camera wasn´t ready, I probably would have shooted some photos of that couple, lol, I hope my girlfriend doesn't read this!.
My guide and I walked through the island, it isn´t huge, it has about 2 kilometers wide, and has paved corridors, balconies, camping spots and a light house, which we watched it without problems. We walked though the island for about 3 1/2 hrs. the virgin beaches almost all time hasn´t any soul on it, you can take advantage of that situiation..
After the walk through the island, I returned to the dock to get my yatch to Caleta.
When we arrived to caleta docks, I walked to the bus stop to commute to my hotel, when I arrived, I go to my room to wear my swimsuit to get down to the beach and swam on the ocean. The sea in Acapulco has almost all the time warm water, so, I got into for a long time, almost until nightfall, which was when I got out the sea and go up to my room to change my clothes and get some place to eat.
I get out the hotel to walk over the main avenue looking for some venues then I found the hooters restaurant, I get in and a beautiful lady took my order, the place was not bad, but the girls were not like I thought, well, I recived a good treatment from my waitress, about the food, I think isn´t bad but not too good enough. I left the place at about 23:00 hrs. to get back to my hotel and have some rest, because my feet were going to blow up.
The next day I followed the same routine, I get up later and get down the lift to reach the restaurant to have breakfast and after all that, I went to the beach to rest and forget all arround me.
I lay on a beach chair to get rest, then a lady came to me and offered me a relaxing massage, I accepted his deal, by the way, the massage was too relaxing.
- You already need a massage!,- the laidy said.
- your body is wailing, we´ll fix it right now - she commented.
After the massage I am a new man, lol, I feel better.
That day, I decided to snorkeling with a man that offered my a good deal, so on a few minutes, his partner came on a boat to take me near the Roqueta island. The boat were boarded by a couple from Houston, but they were going to scuba dive. On the way to our spot, I prepared my camera to dive with me, I have an underwater housing for my camera from ewa-marine.
When we return, I stayed all the time on the beach, working on my tan to rid the City Syndrome.
Do you doesn' know about it?
Is when you take off your tshirt and still continue wearing it, lol, that's the City Syndrome.
After cultural corner..
I stayed all the rest of the day at the beach and swiming on the sea until sunset, when I left the beach to continue swiming at the hotel pool.
More later at night, I left the hotel to get some food, before boarding my bus.
That weekend was to relaxing, but without my girlfriend was just another weekend.
Well, I feel good now and too mighty, so I needed something like this.
If you feel burdened and trapped on the daily routine, break it and do something that pleases and stay away you from all that is around you.

Buscando Podcast?
Hola a todos, estos últimos días hemos estado hasta la ..... de trabajo, así que me tome un break de fin de semana (esta vez mi novia no me acompaño), pero bueno, ya les platicare más adelante.
Estos últimos días hemos estado buscando la forma de incrementar nuestros conocimientos en el idioma ingles, así que buscando en internet y en el iTunes encontramos algunos podcast que nos han sido de utilidad, algunos tienen Pagina, otros no tienen, lo mismo sucede con los scripts, además algunos de estos, que son muy contados, tienes que suscribirte para descargar los scripts. Pero bueno. Si lo que buscas es escuchar el ingles australiano o británico, estos podcast te podrán ayudar.

Hi mates, the last days we have "up to the mother", lol, with our job, so because of that we decided to take a weekend far away (my girlfriend can´t came with me), well, I'll talk about it a bit later.
